Former investment banker Ruslan Radjapov left the world of finance to pursue a dream: to establish a new restaurant trend in Moscow by providing high quality food at affordable prices. Accepting cards, he says, was always part of his plan to attract clientele from all walks of life. His company, Correa’s Restaurants, created a niche in the market, and now he has nine restaurants and 13 self-style “canteens” that span the Russian capital.
